Hey Bestie! I'm Deanna Dias, a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I owe a lot my success to God,  my mother Esther Dias (deceased), my grandmother Esther Foulks (deceased), and grandfather, Darryl Foulks.  My education started at the University of Pittsburgh and I now attends American Military University with a focus on Business Administration and Entrepreneurship.

 

I also have 19 years, and counting, in the United States Army Reserves.

 

I'm a serial entrepreneur who owns a women's clothing retailer, Bangolz Boutique LLC, a large-scale event and event marketing company, Daressia Industries LLC, a luxury press on nail company, Press on Posse LLC, and a business coaching company, Deanna Dias LLC.

My  latest projects include her "How to Business" YouTube channel, organizing monthly events on behalf of her companies, and more community involvement

 

My rich background comes from her tough but loving background from her family and her various experiences in the United States Army Reserves. As of today she has served 19 years and is passionate about serving the past 20 years.

 

I hold in her heart and soul what my grandmother told me when I was a little girl, "You can do and be anything you want in this world." This is a message she frequently reminds anyone she works with.

 

I love helping people and believe in leaving someone better than how you left them. I have one daughter aka the "Boo'rito" who she loves so much and wants to set the best example for her.

I've been honored as The New Pittsburgh Courier's  FAB 40 Under 40 and an honoree for Achieving Greatness Inc.'s Pittsburgh and Allegheny County Celebrating Women Awards.
